When you install the Plugin, an account will be automatically created for your WordPress site using the information provided during installation. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API key, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

We offer various paid subscription plans with additional features and higher usage limits. The specific features and pricing for each plan are described on our website or within the Plugin interface.
For paid plans, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected subscription plan. Payments are processed through Stripe, and you agree to their terms of service when making a payment. Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly, depending on your selection). We do not provide refunds for prepaid subscription fees unless required by law.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
Our Plugin uses artificial intelligence to generate content for your WordPress site. While we strive to provide high-quality, relevant content, we do not guarantee that all generated content will be entirely accurate, unique, or free from errors.
You own all rights to the content generated for you through the Plugin. However, we may use anonymized data about content generation patterns to improve our services.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing any content generated through the Plugin. You should ensure that all published content complies with applicable laws, including copyright, trademark, and fair use laws.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLUGIN WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS IN THE PLUGIN WILL BE CORRECTED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE PLUGIN WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE PLUGIN; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE PLUGIN; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE PLUGIN; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gumzo and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Plugin; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that content you created using the Plugin caused damage to a third party.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Plugin immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Plugin will immediately cease.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
